I hope that you had a good trip home.<BR/><BR/>Your work is very interesting and I had a discussion with our General Manager of Learning about the work you are embarking on with your bakery students. <BR/><BR/>Here at TAFE Tasmania, I thought that our Carpentry teachers were using mobile cameras as evidence gathering tools, but apparently not yet.
